As the co-creator of Learner Connect, he has shaped the platform into a transcontinental ecosystem supporting institutions across the entire counselling and placement journey — structured frameworks that simplify complex processes and hold consistency at every stage.

At the core of it is a purpose-built AI foundation supporting decision-making, matching and workflow coordination. He led its design and development, ensuring it is grounded in real counselling logic rather than generic automation — and that human judgement and institutional ownership stay firmly at the centre.
